Welcome to this month's Cross-Canada blog hop, featuring the 9 stamp sets that are available in French, Spanish and English. When you flip through the catalogues those stamps are identified with a World globe icon.
If you've arrived from Caroline's blog Caroline's Creations then you are in the right place!
I love that Close To My Heart now sells stamps in FRENCH !! Oui, oui, c'est vrai !
I chose to make two cards using the Finding the Words - French stamp set (D1646F). It has a whopping 34 words and images. And I chose the cheerful paper from Some Kinda Wonderful.
The first card I made is a BFF (Best Friends Forever) card because these little girls are soooo darling. They were easy to cut using the School Kids thincuts which come with a coordinating stamp set. The bundle is on sale this month 25% off. Oui c'est vrai !
Tip:
When colouring with alcohol markers, stamp your images using Memento ink so the black doesn't bleed.
The second card for this hop I made is a birthday card - Bonne Fête. the word fête is so cute and small that I stamped it several times across the pink band.
Tip:
You can use the Shin Han alcohol markers to colour in the sequins too. The camera doesn't pick it up but they are now hot pink on both cards. A girl can never have enough pink or shimmery sequins right?
